Strangely, mine would be totally ok with learning the grisly, gory details of nearly every medical malady out there, so long as we never utter the word "blood." It's a dealbreaker. Though he did comment that lightsabers are a good weapon because it immediately cauterizes the wound to prevent blood loss.

Alisa - hmmm...that is a fine quality of lightsabers. Will remember that next time I'm in a galaxy far far away. (he may become a doctor yet!)
